1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the IS300 Registry ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The IS300 Registry is a community-driven registry and marketplace for first-generation Lexus IS 300 vehicles. Owners may submit listings, share aftermarket modifications, and indicate vehicles for sale. All new submissions are subject to admin review before becoming publicly visible. Note that edits will re-trigger a review.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating listings and communicating with other users.
4. Listings & Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting a listing, you grant the Service a non-exclusive license to display that content within the registry. You represent that your listings are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe the rights of any third party. The Service reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at its discretion.
5. Sales & Transactions
The Service provides a platform for owners to indicate vehicles for sale and share contact information. Any transaction, communication, or agreement reached between users is solely between those parties. The Service is not a party to any sale and assumes no responsibility for the condition, legality, or outcome of any transaction.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to submit false or misleading listings, impersonate others, post unlawful or harmful content, or use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Violations may result in removal of content and termination of access.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction conducted through it.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
