Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about listing and browsing IS 300s in the registry.
What is the IS300 Registry?
A community-driven registry and marketplace for first-generation Lexus IS 300 vehicles (2001–2005). Owners showcase builds, share aftermarket modifications, and can list vehicles for sale.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. Anyone can browse approved listings and filter by year, state, and body style. An account is only required to submit or manage your own listings.
How do I list my car?
Sign in, click "List a Car", fill out the specs, add up to five photos, and submit. New listings require admin approval before they appear publicly.
Why is my listing pending?
All new submissions go through admin review to keep the registry accurate and spam-free. Once approved, your listing becomes visible to everyone.
What happens when I edit my listing?
Editing a listing resets its status to pending so an admin can re-review the changes before they go live.
How many photos can I upload?
Up to five photos per listing. The first photo is used as the cover image on your card and detail page.
How do sales work?
You can mark a vehicle as for sale and add a price along with your contact email or phone. Inquiries are handled directly between you and the interested buyer — the registry is not involved in the transaction.
Can I delete my listing?
Yes. From "My Listings" you can edit or remove any of your vehicles at any time.
